Inspired by my real backstage experience at New York Fashion Week. Created from memories of working behind the scenes as a dresser at New York Fashion Week, this piece celebrates fashion as performance, identity, and attitude. 

The central figure becomes both model and muse, layered with imagery and references from the world of high fashion — including New York Fashion Week ephemera, Karl Lagerfeld, Chanel, Dior, and Dolce & Gabbana.

Vibrant alcohol ink, acrylic paint, and pen work together to build rich textures and movement, echoing the energy of the runway. Graphic elements, bold eyes, and couture symbolism invite the viewer to step into a world where everyday life becomes a stage and personal style becomes power.

This artwork is both a fashion statement and a reminder: confidence is couture, and the world is your runway.
